Tremendous use of Gradients.

The bar charts violate the 4th rule of using colors on dashboard/charts

Again this is a sample dashboard so it has to be made glitzy but somehow the excess use of gradients is a big turn off.

Some users will jump on seeing the cylindrical effect created by using gradients but it gets less exciting if you are going to see them daily.
